The Ink of Illusion | Award Winner | Psychological Thriller Kannada Short Film | Swami Vivekananda
What happens when the foundation of a beautiful life is examined too closely? "The Ink of Illusion" is a compelling 35-40 minute psychological thriller and romantic drama. The story delves into the destructive yet necessary nature of absolute truth, challenging the boundaries of love, art, and perception. Meet Dev, a quiet, deeply principled antiquarian and master restorer who loves with a fierce intensity. His world collides with Sia, a celebrated contemporary artist whose vibrant, emotionally raw paintings are anchored by a singular, cherished memory. But as Dev’s sharp eyes scan beyond the canvas and into the relics of the past, he must ask himself: is peace better than painful facts? Immerse yourself in a cinematic journey where every brushstroke hides a mystery, and the lines between protective love and manipulation begin to blur. ✨ Themes Explored: Art restoration, psychological trauma, family secrets, and the heavy price of truth.
