By using OrbitPlay (the "Service"), operated by Orbit Beat Studios, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

OrbitPlay streams films, series and podcasts produced by us. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial viewing. We may add, change or remove titles and features at any time.

2. Content and intellectual property

All titles, artwork, text, the OrbitPlay name, logo and design are owned by Orbit Beat Studios or used under licence. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy, download, record, re-upload, re-stream, modify, sell or publicly perform any content, or remove the watermark, without our written permission.

3. Age ratings

Titles carry an age classification (see our content rating page). You are responsible for choosing content appropriate for you and for minors in your care, and for setting the parental lock where needed. Titles rated A are only for viewers aged 18 or above.

4. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the catalogue, or use the Service for anything unlawful.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Stories are works of fiction unless stated otherwise; any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. To the extent permitted by law, Orbit Beat Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

6. Grievances

Complaints are handled under our grievance redressal process.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
